INTRODUCTION

Many years ago we discovered that many franchise organizations had a pretty good idea who their customers were; a good idea where their locations should go, but no clear understanding as to their ideal franchisee profile.

That is what we do! The Franchise Navigator will identify and quantify the characteristics of who the High, Mid and Poor performing franchisees are within any given franchise system. Once that is accomplished and we know the High Performer profile  we will create strategies and tools to attract more people who resemble the profile.
